In my latest stint at Changi Airport Group as a Content Creation Intern under Changi Eats, I handled creative and content development for Changi Airport Group’s social channels, mainly on Facebook, Instagram and Telegram. This included strategizing and producing suitable assets for each channel and its targeted audience, such as posters, videos, and interactive content.

<aside> ☝ I often thought from a user and consumer perspective when coming up with creative and informative content as I did not want to overload the targeted audience’s mind.

I had the opportunity to oversee the full spectrum of food photoshoots from ideation, styling, shooting, and editing for use on social media and internal assets. They played a part in increasing the brand awareness and sales of Changi Eats and the tenants. I'm honored to have the chance to shoot for major food names such as Tonito, Tanuki Raw, Matchaya, and Mdm Ling Bakery.

Occasionally, I supported the Landside Concessions Department with the creation of informative materials. One of my highlights was when I got the chance to help out with the user testings for Changi Eat’s website revamp.
